Ramifonia respects copyright and expects its users to do the same. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the platform infringes your rights, send a report and we will review it.

1. How to file a report

Email the address above with: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) the link (URL) of the allegedly infringing content on Ramifonia; (c) proof or a statement that you are the rights holder or their representative; (d) your contact details; and (e) a good-faith statement that the use was not authorized.

2. What we do on receipt

We review the report and, where appropriate, remove or disable the flagged content and notify the responsible user. We may request additional information before acting.

3. Counter-notice

A user whose content was removed may file a counter-notice showing they hold the rights or authorization. We will review it and may restore the content.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated.

5. Note

False or bad-faith reports may expose the reporter to liability. This process follows applicable Brazilian law, including the Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil).
